If you choose a Service office at this location, this includes a regional telephone number with professional telephone answering. The receptionist is ready to answer your calls on behalf of your company.

Contract duration
All our agreements have a notice period of 3 full calendar months by the end of the (extended) agreement. If you choose a contract duration of more than 3 months, the duration of the agreement is equal to the chosen contract duration.

One-off costs
When you opt for a virtual office, you pay one-time start-up costs and a deposit equivalent to 2 months. The deposit and start-up costs will be charged on your first invoice. Flexado has the right to annually apply a legally permitted indexation over the fixed monthly amount.
Start date
When putting together your virtual office, you can manually enter the desired start date online. Flexado agreements can take effect on any working day of the month.

With a mailing address made available by Flexado, that business look and feel is within reach. You can choose from a variety of business mailing addresses for use on your business cards, letterhead and communication material.
You can pick up your mail yourself or have us forward it to you. Would you rather receive your mail scanned by e-mail? Then we'll take care of that for you.
Note: with a business mailing address, you cannot register your company as a principal place of business with the Chamber of Commerce.
Service office
